    Tried to make it as easy as possible. Felt pretty good! It's tough not going fast and so I got frustrated a few times...but then my music distracted me.

      Sorry to hear about your foot pain. What kind of pain is it? Where does it hurt? I've had a bit of a lingering issue myself, but it's just been more discomfort than anything. It's at the top of my foot mostly; hopefully it doesn't get worse.

    Three 10 minute sets of running with 6 x 30 sec 9.1mph sprints on treadmill. Kept at 3-4% incline. Oh geebs. Wanted to go for a fourth set, but decided to do a 1.2 mile cooldown instead.
