    Just a little quick ten minutes on a 4% incline. :30 sprints at 9mph with 1 min slower pace in between.

      Way to stick with it! I've been debating doing a similar workout but not sure what an optimal distance is. Hard to find a hill that's hard to run up but has a reasonable walking distance back down. Just curious how long (time wise) your down hill walks were.

    Not too fond of the shoes, but they are for trail runs and were cheap. Not used to having so much weight on my feet! Oh well, was a good run.

    Alternated between inclines every 2 minutes.
    Mile 1: 3% and 6% incline
    Mile 2: 4% and 7%
    Mile 3: 3% and 6%
    Other .3 miles were cool down-ish
