Intervals 7x800's and 4x400's 7 mi

Went to the track after I had a nice nap after work :). It was windy but it felt good to be outdoors on the track again. Cranked out two 800's WAY too fast (3:23, 3:28) and so then changed gears and did 4x400's @ 1:40. Two more 800's (3:35, 3:37 - much better) but then this tremendous windstorm came and I gave up and went home and did 3 more 800's on the treadmill @ 3:31. I was really tired by now but hung on. Got a LOT of work to do!!! And I'm ready!!!
