      Sounds brutal! Running intervals are bad enough. I can't imagine doing it up hill! Lucky I live in the land of flat! Sounds like UR luving the new Nike GPS system. I've heard good things so far.

      Doh! That's not good. I had a lot of knee pain before. I think it was due to overly tight hammies & lower leg muscles pulling on my knee cap. I did a ton of stretching over the course of several weeks and that corrected the problem.

      Yes...I'm all over the map!!! I'm doing a sprint triathlon in two weeks, but I just finished a metric century bike ride two weeks ago and doing a 35-mile ride Saturday! And then my latest adventure is finding out I'm on one of the HARD legs of the Ragnar Relay (195.5 miles from Chattanooga to Nashville with 23 other running friends) climbing a hill for 5 out of 7 miles!! Yikes!!

      I was clipped and I never fell once!!!!! I did have one close call, but I was able to stay upright. Now, I've just got to get past the fear of starting and stopping. I'm still struggling, but staying upright!
