My goal was to go longer than 6...which I don't do often anymore. I figured today was a good day because while it was very muggy, the 84 degree temp is cooler then the 90s that are coming, and I'm not a fan right now of getting up in the morning to exercise. My pace was slow...but I felt good overall and that is a huge win for me! I'm glad I went out and got it done!!

    Good job getting those miles in. I don't like getting up early to workout either but I think it will be done this weekend :(
