  1. swim
    1200 m 00:26 34:52 pace

2 weeks in a row. I must be sick.

  2. RUN
Hills of Colleyville 9.3 mi 01:30 09:40 pace

Doing the best of I can to get hills on the schedule...they were pretty whimpy.

Thanks. For hills..the only thing to do is run on Glade Road then over to Cheek Sparger in Bedford...not much, but best we can muster around these parts.

  3. RUN
    4 mi 00:39 09:48 pace

Fatigued for sure. Need some foam rolling.

  4. RUN
    1/2 Mile Repeats 5.81 mi 00:51 08:43 pace

Pretty tired after yesterday's workload. Time to ease up just a bit.

  5. VELO
    Indoor Trainer 14.5 mi 01:00 14.5mph pace

Trying to work in some cross training.

  6. RUN
    Hills 5.2 mi 00:48 09:17 pace

There are more hills around my neighborhood than most think. Plan to spend a lot of time in those the next few months.

  7. swim
    850 m 00:30 56:48 pace

Back in the pool after a few months off. Always amazed how relaxing it feels.

  8. RUN
    LSD! 15.15 mi 02:30 09:54 pace

iSmoothrun said 15.35...either way, felt pretty good. Ran an old loop through downtown Grapevine then back home again. Looks like a long way when mapped.

  9. FIT
    Weights, Core & Stretching 00:40

I really need to do this more often than once a week. Not sure how to squeeze it in.

  10. RUN
    4.4 mi 00:40 09:05 pace

Tempo Run on TM due to rain. 20 min. @ 8:30. As much as I hate the TM, it is excellent for specific workouts at set pace.

  11. RUN
    4.93 mi 00:46 09:19 pace

Cut a touch short. Dietary disaster as of late. Not making it easy.

  12. RUN
    7.5 mi 01:10 09:20 pace

Ran as many hills as I could find. Semi-successful I guess.

  13. RUN
    5.85 mi 00:52 08:53 pace

Half mile repeats...hard work at 5 AM

  14. VELO
    10.68 mi 00:45 14.2mph pace

Time to get back on the trainer. Good start given a heavy run calendar for the next few months. Need to force the pool time.

  15. RUN
    3.85 mi 00:37 09:28 pace

Short hill workout to kick off the day.

  16. RUN
    14 mi 02:21 10:04 pace

Fueled by Bob's Steak & Chophouse...not an ideal pre-long run dinner, but DELISH! Run was rough and cold....oh, and over!

  17. RUN
    3.1 mi 00:30 09:40 pace

TM because it is dangerous in the dark when people leave their sprinklers on when it is 20

  18. RUN
    3.2 mi 00:30 09:17 pace

Felt much colder than expected. Too many mornings in bed lately.

  19. RUN
    3.23 mi 00:31 09:26 pace

Easing back in after 9 days off. Hurts more than I remembered.
