  1. RUN
    10.35 mi 01:40 09:39 pace

Perfect temp this morning...felt awesome, but hilly route from miles 6-9 put me in my place. Loads of work to do.

  2. RUN
    5.4 mi 00:51 09:26 pace

Had to skip this AM due to storms, but lucky for me that came with cooler temps. Decided to get a rare post workday run in.

  3. RUN
    3.2 mi 00:32 10:04 pace

Gentle recovery run. Down week then Half Marathon prep to build a little speed.

  4. RUN
US Open Tri 5.77 mi 01:00 10:23 pace

Ridiculously hilly run segment. Not a huge fan of 4 loop run courses, but first Olympic Distance event is in the books. Totally gassed.

  5. VELO
    US Open 20 mi 01:16 15.8mph pace

Wind and Yet, the downhill with the wind sections were a ton of fun.

  6. swim
    US Open Triathlon 1750 m 00:38 34:56 pace

Lake Ray Hubbard was super choppy. Good experience for me even though it was one of the toughest things I've had to endure.

  7. RUN
    3.5 mi 00:34 09:42 pace

Taper week for US Open Triathlon. I don't taper right. I basically don't do any workouts. That is not recommended, but I can't seem to get motivated to get out knowing that I am not ... read more

  8. VELO
    26.2 mi 01:41 15.6mph pace

54 toes are cold...and fingers...easy ride though. Quite a change.

  9. swim
    1300 m 00:38 47:02 pace

Open water simulation. No idea how far really...I just know I can't swim in a straight line without a one on the bottom of the pool

  10. RUN
    4.27 mi 00:43 10:04 pace

    A bit sluggish this morning.

  11. VELO
    18.9 mi 01:02 18.3mph pace

Not sure I'll ever get thrilled about a 5:30 AM spin class. Likely have a lot of those in my future this offseason.

  12. swim
    2000 m 00:41 33:18 pace

Outdoor pool is cooling off, but today felt great. Disappointed it takes 1000m to relax and just swim.

  13. RUN
    3.9 mi 00:37 09:29 pace

A couple of days off and I just needed to get out.

  14. RUN
Central Park Loop 6.2 mi 01:00 09:44 pace

4 miles turned into 6+ when I decided to just run the full park loop. Central Drive - East Drive - West Drive. It is anything but a simple oval. Serious hills at the far north end and winding and ... read more

  15. RUN
    Central Park 4.75 mi 00:46 09:44 pace

Love visiting the City and chance to run in the Park. Brought back some NYC Marathon memories as I came out of the south end on CPS. I felt a lot better today than when I did in1998 & 2000.

  16. VELO
    18.2 mi 01:00 18.2mph pace

5:30 AM spin class no bueno. Actually, great workout...prefer afternoon when I'm awake.

  17. RUN
    6.53 mi 01:00 09:11 pace

Quick change to fall weather is a wonderful. Amazing how much easier the effort when temps and humidity are low.

  18. RUN
    6.4 mi 01:05 10:09 pace

Light rain or mist after church...perfect reason to skip my workout. Nope! Put an extra 5 minutes in. Pretty peaceful out in the rain.

  19. RUN
    2.81 mi 00:28 09:47 pace

Back of the Brick...nice and easy. Had a lot left. I'll save it for tomorrow.
