Blustery, misty, cooler. Glad I cranked it out. Think it could be less fun later.

  11. RUN
    good 3.2 mi 00:30 09:22 pace

Felt like a mid-summer morning run (hot and still). Now, another "winter blast"??? Our weather folks love the hype.

More easy runs in my two weeks recovery period. I'd better find a summer or fall race. I can see the laziness settling in soon.

Thanks Phil. Have some arch pain that flared up on me. Should still be good to go, but watching it. Don't want one race to sideline me fora long time. I hate starting over when I let my fitness level fall off a cliff.
