  1. RUN
    2 mi 00:19 09:37 pace

The jogging dead. That felt simply terrible.

  2. VELO
    15.25 mi 01:08 13.5mph pace

Nice to get off the trainer and out on this beautiful day. Good ride until mile 3 when my lower back seized up. Got off and stretched. It was good enough to get home and attempt a run.

Eek hope the back doesn't give you any more trouble

  3. RUN
    7.8 mi 01:16 09:43 pace

Actually, 2.6 run to Lifetime, Swam 1500m, then 5.2 miles back home. Felt like I could have run all day. I need food!

  4. swim
    1500 m 00:36 38:26 pace

Pretty good swim. It is starting to feel more familiar.

  5. RUN
    5.75 mi 00:51 08:52 pace

Half mile intervals. Slow start, but was able to finish the 6th one with enough gas to get home.

  6. RUN
    good 3.8 mi 00:38 09:56 pace

    Nice and easy.

  7. RUN
    2.5 mi 00:24 09:35 pace

Loving my new Garmin Fenix 3 watch. Most complete piece of hardware I own.

Nice! I just got the Garmin 620 a few weeks ago. I had the 305 before that. It feels nice not to have a mini computer on my wrist.

That seems like a sweet watch and I guess you can swim with it as well. I need my boring 405 to die so I can justify buying a newer one.

  8. VELO
    17.14 mi 01:10 14.7mph pace

Brick workout two Sundays in row after church. Can I make it three?

  9. RUN
    7.45 mi 01:14 09:53 pace

Actually, Ran 2.67 to Lifetime, Swam 1000m and then ran 4.78 home via Parr Park. Now watching the sunrise. Have a blessed weekend.

  10. swim
    good 1000 m 00:30 48:16 pace

Woke up early so decided to get after it today.

  11. RUN
    4 mi 00:37 09:18 pace

Lots of folks out at 5 AM. Looks like hibernation is over.

  12. RUN
    3.23 mi 00:30 09:17 pace

Nice out...finally! Cadence is crazy good after a high turn drills on the bike.

  13. VELO
    Bike Trainer 13.82 mi 00:55 15.1mph pace

House of Cards kept me inside on the trainer rather than going out....I decided to Brick It as a compromise.

  14. RUN
    4 mi 00:38 09:27 pace

Uneventful...well, a coyote cross my path and a rabit tried to shock me by darting right in front of me...otherwise, I slept through it.

  15. RUN
    3.21 mi 00:31 09:45 pace

    Nice brisk morning.

  16. VELO
good Trainer Time 20 mi 01:26 14.0mph pace

I should post a pick of our 7" of snow, but got distracted by House of Cards. I think winter is now over after this melt.

  17. RUN
    3 mi 00:31 10:24 pace

Just out tooling around on a recover run. Figured I'd better get a few miles in before the next Sharkblizzard.

  18. RUN
Cowtown Half Marathon 13.18 mi 01:59 08:59 pace

It was nice that we got this in given the weather this past week. Conditions were fine. A little slush and misty. I ran ok, but nowhere near what I had trained to run. Oh well, next time.
