    Caddyshack moment at the pool cut my swim way short. Lifeguard told me to get out because their was a Code Brown in the kid end of the pool. Nice!

    A week that seemed wimpy ramps up hard...rain forecast makes me nervous about the bike and swim portions (I'm willing to run in a monsoon) but I'll figure it out. Blessings.

    The water was near bowling. This looked worthless on the schedule then I read it was to update my threshold 600 of the 1000 was at a hard effort. Sadly, my improvement isn't obvious.

    Two short workouts on the schedule was puzzling. Riding 30 minutes outside isn't worth the hassle of gear prep, so I road an exercise bike at Lifetime. Not a terrible workout.
