RUN
good Park 3 mi 00:30 09:50 pace
Nice easy run, and then huge burrito and ice cream. I'll call that a balance.

RUN
alright 2.1 mi 00:21 09:47 pace
Wanted to do 3 miles, but the hills were killing my calves, and I stopped at two miles. I did play golf this afternoon as well.

I feel guilty when I see folks struggling with snow when I'm in sunny Hawaii. If it is any consolation, it rained a bit last evening, but nice for golf today. I'm sending warm and sunny thoughts ... read more

RUN
good Kauai - sandy trail along cliffs 3 mi 00:40 13:20 pace
Felt good, but running in sand is hard, and running uphill in sand is not possible for me right now. However, great views and a good run.

RUN
good Kauai - dirt roads down to an... 7.1 mi 01:20 11:19 pace
Longest run, some hills, and beach. I ran too far going out, then coming back on the beach wiped me out, but had a good run. Knee was sore on the way back, but I just iced down and it feels better.

After three days of golf in Kauai, I finally made it out for a run. I ran, got a bit lost, tried to make it back on the beach, got stuck, so had to run/walk back the way I came. My longest run in... read more

I'm a bum. I worked late and then had to pack for my trip, so I managed to skip running. I had good intentions until I got home, and then I just lost motivation. On a plane all day tomorrow, so ... read more

Since I didn't run last night, I needed to go out tonight, but I really, really did not want to. However, I ate an orange for a little energy, went to the park, and had a really, really good run.

RUN
alright Memorial Park 3 mi 00:32 10:43 pace
Felt horrible to start. Nothing felt good. Just wanted to stop and go back the car, but I kept going and it turned out to be a fine workout. The park is a big loop, so even if you get tired half... read more

Lucky you. It was 17 degrees and windy when I went on my walk this morning. The tops of my legs started to feel numb.

good Memorial Park 3 mi 00:33 10:55 pace
Good run...having the Rocky theme song on the ipod helped at the end.

Managed to avoid food and get in a run this afternoon. Felt really good. Best day so far.

RUN
good Memorial Park 3 mi 00:34 11:18 pace
Perfect weather. Sunny and 50 degrees. Warm enough for shorts and cool enough for long sleeves. Ran and walked slowly, but felt better than yesterday. Sore knee and ankle, so just taking it lig... read more

First run after a too long layoff. I didn't even take my watch. Ran until got tired, walked a bit, ran some more. Great to get outside and move.

Thanks for the motivation! I hope your calves feel better the next time out. Maybe the next time we both run our legs will cooperate with us!
