someone forgot to bring our usual workout dvd, so we did an old firm parts tape with weights.....very difficult...I'm stiff today! But was good for the core and the arms!

Ok Gatorade almost came out my nose that time :-) Glad you got out to ride. The evening ride turnout was low, just Allen and I, but it was nice to get out and ride without having to bundle up.

Well, now that's just not fair!! I rode the trainer and Trish nearly killed me!
I have to get my bike, although it might be better left at the shop. That forces me to ride that old klunker-made-single-speed, which is a good workout!!I got very lazy today and did nothing but talk on the phone with my aunt! Now off to Youga!

Hour of cardio on the elliptical. Nothing fancy just did it..........

Laura, place the foot pads of the strider at there furthest distance apart (1 forward the other back), then measure the heal to heal distance between the two foot pads.
The lets say that the distance is 18". Now 1000 strides would be (18 * 1000)/12 = ~1500 ft or a little over a 1/4 mile. Hope that helps.
