good Shift n Lift 01:00

So I R a dumbass. Pilates is at 7:30, not 6:30p. Not being dressed for a run when I showed up at the gym, I opted for a Shift 'n Lift class (half cycle / half weights). Great class! Not exactly mentally prepared to pour out that kind of sweat tonight, but got it together in the end ;)

    I can do the shift or the lift, but the 2 combined freak me out!

    I love jumping on and off the bike to lift. Keeps your heartrate way up there and really gives you a great workout!
