    Was my first Zoo run, and it went well overall. Had a great time with family and friends! I planned on taking it easy, but fell into a comfortable pace.

    interval ladder run. 400m, 800m, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. I kept the pace at a steady 5:40something. I finished the last 400 with a 66 or 67sec time. Was a good run.
