    Pace mile1. 9:02 2.8:07 3. 7:58 and 7:12 It was a wee bit humid. My new shoes are brilliant! But the pace was all Di S. no matter what she says.

  14. Drive about 400 miles each way to run a 10K? I could drive there Friday and return Saturday. Am I crazy to consider doing it?

      They better have a great finisher's shirt. An 800-mile round trip is a little steep, with the $4/gal gas prices. Hopefully it's one of those must-race 10K's like the Peachtree Road Race 10K or Cooper Bridge 10K and you're going w/ a fun group of friends.

    Ran with a new runner training for peachtree. Easy easy pace! He needed someone to run with so I did. The weather was perfect for a run.
