      Great exercises for hips, legs, and core strength! Just remember you can't actually remove fat from select areas of your body. Keep it up!

      Thanks Darrel.... It is feeling better with each run. I think I would of liked starting back when it was cold though... the humidity is crazy... I shouldn't complain - I am thankful to be able to get back out there.
