      well that sounds tough. Spinning and elliptical work always make me sweat so much more...but I wonder if it is because I am inside and thus the temperature is much warmer than when I am running outside...except during summer when I sweat buckets while running.

      You'll get used to it, I don't enjoy indoor riding but it can be a necessary evil. Well done!

      hahaha tell me about it. Any type of gym equipment is torture to me...but then, running outside is torture to some, so I guess we can get used to anything. Nice spinning. It is great XT...or so I've heard.
