#TapoutXT - Week 1 of 12 Day 5 - Legs and Back. I thought of skipping the workout today after working 12 hours yesterday and be on call and work again around 1AM for 2 + hours. Took the day off, woke up late with no energy, but found some time to earn my sweat with this workout. Got to be one of my favorites I think, I just need to get familiar and use the training band more effectively next time and find a stronger resistance band. Happy Friday everyone!
