#TapoutXT - Week 1 of 12 Day 2 1 of 2 - Strength and Force Upper. Chest, shoulders and triceps workouts. I hated the resistance band until now. I didn't know you can do a lot of workouts with it. Alternated with different kinds of pushups I've never done before. Arms and shoulders will be sore for sure. I have to stop comparing this to #INSANITY - this is totally a different ANIMAL! Now off to try the Ultimate Abs workout :)
