    Been sick and haven't done a class in a while. But made it through!

    First time running in a while. Didn't feel too great, especially after just recovering from bronchitis for a month. I have my half marathon in a month. Hopefully I at least make it through!!

    Sick today so I struggled with my workout, but needed to get back into a routine so I worked my upper body, and then did what I could on the elliptical.
