I don't even know how to describe how I felt on this run. This was on the rolling hills of my neighborhood. All I can tell you is that 11 days ago my husband, my inlaws, and I decided to clean up our diet...hope this is just the beginning of feeling incredible! I'm so blessed!


Yes. Diet makes a huge difference. I've been a vegan for over 7 years. I also try to eat organic and unprocessed foods. I feel much much better as the result.

We aren't vegan, but are buying as much organic as possible and no processed foods. Dairy was also cut out with this challenge, and I am surprised that I am not really missing it. :)

The only thing that is hard for me to give up is cheese. I love cheese. But I manage to resist... most of the time. ;-)

Great job Christa! I gave up meat long time ago. Still working toward full vegan (I like Greek yogurt too much). I never really looked back or missed any food!
