1 foot planks w medicine ball, log rolls w 8 lb weight, bird dogs, bridge on bosu ball with extended arms holding medicine ball, clamshells, roman chair, lower and mid back exercises.felt a twinge in my midback yesterday after spin on run home so need to pay attention that i'm working my back as well as abs.

I really really realllllyyyy need to add core work to my zillion workouts a week. ack. too much to do, too little time (and only so much energy). great job girl!
