26F/-3C. entire workout was magical.protein drinks have made big difference to my recovery.spring means one less layer.run split into 2 segments of 6k each and the second run after spin had negative splits right to the end - my fastest k was my last one! i ran hard and strong and the heart rate showed no issues. i'm so happy to be back in my groove again. big SMILE.
