Alana, the substitute teacher, practices Anusara style, which was nice. Her classes and style are more low key, with not as much specific alignment instruction, but I enjoyed it and got some good hip stretches. She did a lavendar scented neck and shoulder adjustment on each student during savasana which was a bonus!
