      What a fantastic first double digit race, Rose! Always tough to know how to pace an unfamiliar distance-- how awesome that you blew your pace goal away by over 30 seconds/mile! The fact that you were able to maintain conversational mode showed that this was well within your current capabilities. Higdon has some great plans-- good choice. Congrats again, Rose, and yay for renewed running mojo!

      That makes me cringe just to read it-- I've tripped and scraped knees a few times and it's no fun. I don't think I've ever fallen as hard as this one sounds. Nice run, Rose, and it's always a good time to remember to be careful!
