    Substitute teacher for Monique today, so is was more muscle and less cardio, which is better for me. Theresa does a good job too, so I got a good workout on a slightly sore body.

      Lovely session, Rose! I tried that class a few weeks ago and enjoyed it, a nice flow when in the mood for something fairly gentle, will probably do it again. I hadn't heard of Doug, but found he is the older brother of David Swenson, a teacher whom I had heard of. Glad you joined me for the Gayatri-- I did it this morning at 7 to be in the global wave! May do it again at 7 PM if my evening schedule works out. Namaste, my friend! :)
