Tried to run same pace as yesterday, wasn't able to but I was able to run under 6:50 pace per mile. Considering how hard I ran yesterday I'm content with that. I guess Driven from MRM does work, can't wait till my ankle fully heals to see how fast I can really run but I will just have to deal with the pain for now. This is my last real run before the Spokane to Sandpoint Relay this upcoming Friday. Let see how I hold up.
