    Did the first 3 miles slow with Christine and then dropped the pace with negative splits for the last 3 and a quick cool down jog to the car. Slowly getting some speed back.

    A nice easy 8+ this morning. Footing was a bit slippery at times from the ice but overall not too bad. Can't wait for back to back longer runs this weekend.

    Nice 6 miles with Tom, Sarah, and Mya. Was slower paced because of pushing the stroller through the snow. A great end to a week with actual miles!

      Thanks! Not sure about Fargo yet. Chippewa 50K in April and Chester Woods 50K in June. And going to Colorado for 12 days in May.
