Nothing to see here folks, keep moving, nothing to see. Not being on a training schedule allowed me to abandon this run as I wasn't feeling strong. I don't want to push my body like I might have in the past at least with regard to running. Maybe some of that bike training has me more fatigued than I realized. Tomorrow is another day! Happy Wednesday!

It's all good James. Good to live to fight another day and be smart today. You know where you were and that running at all is a big step foward, so good idea to listen to the bod. The heavy work on your new trainer prob did add to you being drained, you're right...rest up!

Good for you to know to listen to your body. Sometimes I think that is more of a challenge than the run itself. The bike trainer can be pretty taxing on the legs, rest up the run will be there another day.

@Vern, I was thinking the exact same thing this morning -- but, I feel like if I don't run at least 3 miles that it's really not a run at all. Go figure.

I've had similar feelings on short runs, but then when I think about it, miles are miles, and they're all good!
