8 with 3@7:00 with 3 min rest in between. (7:01,7:06,7:01). I was going into this workout thinking if I could hit 7:10-715 I would be happy. The last of the 3 was def tough. I stopped for 10 sec right after 1/2 mile to talk myself into running fast. I feel good about this run.
