Today I wore my Mizuno Wave Elixirs for the first time since winning the uphill 10K last weekend. I found a big rock wedged in the crevice under the heel of the shoe. It made me happy:)

Hey speedy! That is an awesome workout. Love the negative split! Love, love the shorter strides and higher cadence (at least you should have had a higher cadence with the shorter strides up Aspen Hill)! Inspired performance there, Liz. You are going to own that Orcas Island Tripple Ripple Trail Festival (Whew! Got tired typing that out!)! I expect a nice long blog on that one. :)
