    Feeling a little sore from my first day of playing in back to back soccer games in 7 years. Clearly distance running and soccer utilize different muscles groups..Yikes! Now onto climbing some rocks.

    Impressed by the scaling that we had to do to climb miles up the waterfalls in the Rose River. A keeper weekend adventure for sure.
