This group was a little slow for me but it was a nice run. I just walked up to the square in downtown Racine from my apartment and we ran on paths mostly along lake Michigan which was so cool watching the waves and the sunrise. But it was slow for me enough that I ran a sub 9 min/mile home for 1/4 mile. I'm sad the advice is that I should have a running partner and not go alone. This stinks, I have a hard time finding running partners. I want to run my own pace. I need to figure it out but at least I'm getting out there. I need to get more distance though.
