Just trying to get back into a routine. I did a 1 mile warm-up which was much slower than my training plan and then walk/run intervals also much slower and less than my training plan BUT I just want to get back into my routine and get my speed back. I'd love to cry over this but I must think positive. I'm considering this a warm-up to my other workouts tonight. I can do this!

Give yourself some credit. Speed will come later. If you try and force it too soon you could get injured.
