good Hoyt Park Trail Run 1.75 mi 00:20 11:25 pace

First mile was great, trails are fun. Then I declined sadly. I haven't been really doing anything constantly and it shows. Female problems, stress and a bit of weight gain may also contribute. I moved, good!

This run was with a local group called the Sole Sisters. It was way fun and I met a bunch of really cool gals. :)
