On a hotel treadmill, it is hot and I want to be sick. It is my challenge to finish this today. 5x1k @ 6.86 mph. I did the 1 mile warm up @ 11 min/mile, rested a minute and cranked out the first interval. Um yuck. I think my stomach is too full, stress, I'm not home, bored in the hotel although I have tons to get done. I will try it a bit later.
