    Back to the game after a lovely week diving in the Red Sea. Ran to Greenwich via the foot tunnel. The stairs were killing! Probably the worst choice for a comeback jog. :(

      You can do great things, trust in that! I'm moving ahead in my 5K training VERY slowly, much more slowly than most others here I follow on Dailymile, but I'm SO happy to be making my own unique progress. Great goal and best wishes for your training. :)
