    good Too Windy to Run - Yoga instead

    Woke up bright and early ready to run... but I totally wimped out when I heard the wind whipping around. I decided to stay in for some yoga and ab work.

  12. Hope all you Daily Milers had a great holiday and are looking forward to a great new year. I'm thinking of running the NYC half marathon in March. Has anyone ever run it? Advice?

    Did my usual quick run, but was way slower for fear of falling (again). This time, though, it would have been the snow's fault for my wipe-out. Thankfully, all went well.

    Great run after a great trip to Rome. We didn't run, but did clock at least six or seven miles walking every day. A beautiful city.
