    great shoulders/back

    Cranking up the work outs going into the final 11 weeks before competition, need to work the side delts and lats a bit harder so adding a fourth or fifth set....taking burn to a whole new level

    Felt great...really cranked up the intensity even though my legs felt like lead when I woke up from my heavy leg day workout on Friday, but they pulled through!

      thanks Jeff those pictures down below are from about 4-5 months ago before my last competition, I've put on a lot more size since then and improved the physique a ton, I place 4th in first show hope for top 3 next time! alright who am I kidding I'm hoping to win :)

    who doesn't love leg day!? lots of lunges, squats, step up, and other fun stuff, brings tears to the legs :)

    after leg day did a easy ride on the bike...legs are usually pretty smoked so I let them off a little easy on leg day, just a moderate resistance.

    45 min of hard intervals going forward and reverse, my legs were smoked after this workout then a 5 min cool down. my legs are gonna hate me because tomorrow is leg day also.

    30 min on the elliptical felt great then 20 min on the stationary bike.

    should have been a rest day but..........hit the shoulders and chest felt great the shoulders are definitely getting stronger love seeing the body respond and changing :)

    after an intense cardio workout...decided to give a little more and hopped on the elliptical for 30 min of intervals :)

    high cardio strength endurance workout my Sat workouts are brutal, but a good switch up from lifting heavy all week, and are very challenging.

    it's Dec. decided it's time to turn the intensity up a notch, and take things to Beast Mode!!!! killer leg workout today, I'm gonna be feeling it tomorrow for sure.
