Ah nice work V! Love how you incorporated a 'club run' into your marathon training (you know I bang the drum for run clubs!)
Funny enough, I find running on grass feels easier. Less shock to my ankles/feet . Relax & enjoy the taper! x

Awesome running lovley.. Running on trails, grass etc is way harder than just roads, but it mixes it up and makes you much stronger. I need to do much more of these with club xc ... Thats so nice that your work does a sunday run, and social coffee n waffles afterwards sound yummy.
You sure as hell will kick Brightons arse and providing all goes ok today I might just might kick it with you :)
