    Started out only running 5, but I felt pretty good and needed to clear my head so I continued on. Good run. Still troubled by Joplin. I can't get it out of my head.

    Ok run. My right ankle was hurting the entire time. Not sure what that's about. I struggled a bit on the hills today but all in all it was good. Still perfect running weather. Love it.

    Eat like crap all day Saturday and you will run like crap on Sunday. Felt like I was running in quicksand and did not enjoy this run. Sometimes you just have to get through it.

      Was it bad crap you ate or good crap? The good crap can be worth it. If you are going to eat crap, make sure it's the good crap, like Murray's Ice Cream, chips and salsa, Oklahoma Joe's... stuff like that. :)

      I think the underlying theme of greasy was the issue. I knew better. It was just one of those days. I tried to run about 2 hrs after some ok joes ribs last year. Not pretty.

    Nice run with a few hills. I struggled a bit this morning, but all is well. I had a pretty strong finish.

      Thanks. I'm registered for it, but I have a camping trip that is taking priority. Maybe next year. Im still looking for a marathon. Prob KC in the fall.

    I had a busy day so I had to do a night run. It was nice and hilly. I ran through west plaza. I love hills.

    Forgot to charge watch so I didn't time it. Good run. Ran a new loop in midtown. I'm going to try to be better at logging my runs. Its hard enough to find time to run.
