Worst track workout EVER. I should have seen it coming. I didn't eat dinner Tuesday night, and then I drank a bunch of coffee but no water on Wednesday morning while driving 4.5 hours to San Luis Obispo. As soon as we got there, I ran to the Cal Poly track for 3 x 1 mile. 6:34, 6:44...and...7:09 (I barely finished). Definitely the worst run of this training cycle.
