Start my new blood pressure medicine tomorrow as my genetics have the best of me. Weight loss and healthy diet + medicine = did not work. So time to try a different medicine. I am glad I have a wonderful doctor who knows I run though and encourages it. So she puts me on medications that will not effect my ability to run. So went out for a little stress relief run today. We can only see what tomorrow brings. Today my mantra was "Be calm. Each mile is a stressful thought released.". Hope the new medicine evens me out.
