good easy run 2.5 mi 00:23 09:16 pace

Easy run with a co-worker coming back from injury. I used this to test out running in my Mirage two days in a row to see how my legs would feel, something I need to do if they become my full-time s... read more

Two pairs--I get a new pair at about every 250 miles and then cycle back and forth between the new and old until the old ones hit 500.

I'm just trying the Saucony Mirage! (10 mi on them so far). Still have a pair of Asics 2160 w/about 270 miles that I have been wearing for most runs. I have an older pair of Asics 2150 with close to 400mi that are still comfortable but I wear them for runs that I know are going to be muddy or wet. My husband doesn't understand why there needs to be more than 1 pair at a time.

4- all Nike. Lunarfly 2 which I am close to retiring, LunarElite, LunarGlide 3 which I find heavy compared with the others and just picked up a new pair of LunarFly 3 that I have about 30 miles on.

    good snow! 2.2 mi 00:20 09:00 pace

Snow coming down at a nice clip, so I had to get out and enjoy it. Nice and easy recovery run; would have loved to have done more, but I've already increased my mileage enough this week.
