    Long, slow, easy Zone 2 run. Felt ok - not happy with the pace but it was a hilly course and I am still a bit fat.

    1:15 Z2 with 3 minute surges every 20 minutes. Sidewalks are still a bit of a disaster so I was slipping and sliding all over the place.

      I know. 1 in 8 are ice-covered snow in Waterdown. Drives me nuts.
