Definitely forgot to log some of my workouts this week. I actually worked out 4 days this week. Almost met goal of 5/week. Maybe this week.

Sorry I've been MIA. You can look into getting a deferment for your race entry. That's what I did for the Shamrock since I failed trying to train in the winter. I know it's no fun to run in pain. I had to take 8 months off from that lame plantar wart. Walking was even difficult. I'm sure you will figure something out :) You did great last week!

Oh my gosh, friend, I have missed you so much! I'm trying to stay on track this week. I will need to look into possibly deferring my entry. I looked on the website & it said absolutely no refunds for any reason. But it didn't say anything about a deferrment. I will need to check into that. I have a doctor's appointment next Friday so we'll see what happens with that. Thanks for the motivation! :) Hope all is well. Message me & update me on your life.

No, I had signed up for it (the half); however, I was experiencing a lot of pain in my foot. I went to a podiatrist and was diagnosed with a neuroma and received a cortisone shot. I still really don't know if the problem is solved as I haven' done anything over 2 miles yet. But, the pain in my foot caused me to stop running. Maybe next year!
