Just started out gonna get some mileage & intended on just running 3. I wound up doing 5 & incorporated some light speed work in mile 2 & 3. Tried hard to be good since its taper time but these new shoes felt really good! :) Why do I still feel so unprepared for Saturdays Mary! lol
