    good Easy distance run 10 km 00:45 07:14 pace

    minus 17 celsius degrees outside so I could train as hard as I had planned, however the run felt good.

    alright recovery run, 35 minutes 7 km

    A short and very slow recovery run after the hard training on the morning. Nothing special worh mentioning about it.

    good Indoor track 3(4x300m) 8 km

    Did pretty well, had an average time of 46.5 seconds. Had 1 minute rest between the laps and 3 minutes between the sets.

    alright Intervalls, 3(5x90 seconds) 11 km

    30 seconds rest between every lap and 3 minutes between the sets. Felt good even though I had a bad finnish. The weather made it hard to run too, heavy rain.

    Just an easy run, felt good.

    Run a 6 km trail today with lots of "strength stations" and no rest. Total 10 km with warm up etc.
