I had a free session with a trainer at the gym today and we focused mostly on core and balance but threw in some upper and lower body exercises also. Upper body is already feeling the pain. Love it!! After the 50 min were up she stretched out my legs which were surprisingly really tight. I do stretch them out for about 20 min after working out and foam roll. OMG when she was done my legs felt so amazing I wanted to run again but I just went home very happy instead. Also I found out that I was doing foam rolling and stretching in the wrong order. I always stretched and then foam rolled. She said that you should foam roll first to get the knots out and then stretch. Makes sense but I never thought about it before. I signed up for a few sessions and will stretch them out to once a week or every other week. I would sign up just for the stretches. It was just amazing!

I agree about the stretching! I wish I had a "personal stretcher"! Enjoy the sessions!
