Schedule said 4 miles extremely slow. I probably should have gone a little slower than I did but this was still a nice relaxing easy run. I almost switched it up with tomorrow's run but figured I should stick to schedule. I will probably have to skip tomorrow's tempo run though since I have church meetings after work tomorrow. And I don't want to move the tempo run to Fri since I don't like to do tempo the day before my long run day so I guess tempo will be skipped this week. A little sad about that because I love tempo runs.

Awww...you can get it in next week! Can't believe you "love tempo runs". I don't ever love speedwork...but I feel so good when I'm done!

Nice run... you even added an extra mile. I agree with Cara, I *hate* tempo runs. I usually have to turn them into "tempo intervals" to make them more bearable. I'm not sure if they actually are any easier... but they feel easier with the rest periods mixed in there.

Nice run - you love tempo and speed work - you love punishing your body. Stay well Jorie - great work!
