Plyo was the worst part of tonight. Dead legs did not want to jump. But I got through this too. Happy for the upper body and core portions. Surprisingly the tons of squats and lunges felt pretty good. Really glad this was a short 30 min class tonight.

    wow - boot camp AFTER a 6.5 mile run - I give you extra credit for that! Even if you had "dead legs" - you did it!
