      Nice Job:

Blister, hungry, cold, no music - and still a great run!!! My MP3 died right at the start of my 1st 1/2 Marathon - I thought disaster as I had never ran without - but ran 13 miles without and ever since!

  4. goodrecovery run 5 mi / 00:50 10:00 pace

Schedule said 4 miles extremely slow. I probably should have gone a little slower than I did but this was still a nice relaxing easy run. I almost switched it up with tomorrow's run but figured I should stick to schedule. I will probably have to ski... read more

  5. alrightBoot camp 00:30

Plyo was the worst part of tonight. Dead legs did not want to jump. But I got through this too. Happy for the upper body and core portions. Surprisingly the tons of squats and lunges felt pretty good. Really glad this was a short 30 min class toni... read more

  6. tiredIs this run over yet??? 6.5 mi / 01:04 09:46 pace

Did not bring music and due to the weight lifting workout last night I just had dead legs tonight. I really was struggling for motivation and wanted to quit with each step. I was supposed to run at an easier pace with 3 min surges every 15 min. I di... read more

Not sure what distance was but finished off day with 20 min on elliptical followed by 20 min stretching & foam rolling. My training schedule only had me down for the strength so this was just added bonus on cross training day.

Amazing 11 mile run today!!! I must thank Marty for giving me the idea of doing math during my run. My fist mile was slow at 10:26 so I started thinking what pace to I need to hit over the next 10 miles to hit an ave pace of 10 min miles. And once I... read more
