    2 loops is supposed to be 2.4 miles. I knocked 6 minutes off the last time I did it about a month ago. It'll be interesting to see how much time is added when it's too hot for a wetsuit.

    Nice run. Couldn't get out of z1 until mile 4. So was that a 3.5 mile warmup? At the end of mile 8 I shifted into IM marathon pace and did a mile of recovery.

      It's an everybody swim. It always happens on Saturday mornings though.Red Top. Kayak supported. Put on by the coach of the Masters swim at Concourse Athletic Club. I'll forward you the email when the May schedule comes out.

      Not sure about that. I proved today I don't need to do another OWS until race day. :) Actually I think I only made 2 group runs last year while training for IM Wisconsin.

    Better ride than last time. Tried to stay in my HR zones (aka took it easier) but the course isn't conducive to a lot of z1-2 riding. Took a few more rest breaks than last time.

    Holy cow that was a challenging spin class. Cody had me reaching for the towel. That last 2min at 100%... Good amount of time in zone 3 or 5 - I'm still get my nerd on about HR zones.
