  5. Two months ago for the first time ever, I wasn't able to start a half marathon due to injury. Well this week I plan to unofficially complete the suffolk county half. Better late than never lol

    I headed down to the track to see if the guy I helped run his first mile last year did his half marathon last weekend. He did and finished in 2:57! I feel like a proud coach lol
