good Bar Method 4/21 01:00

Today marked my first day back to Bar Method in well over a year. Maybe closer to 1.5 years. I really like the Bar Method because it challenges me in ways that other workouts do not and makes me feel muscles I didn't know I had.

Three months until the wedding - BM is my new workout regime (combined with running). I want those lean arms and legs! I want to be smokin' hot in that wedding dress!
