      They do to some degree! Annual tune up, new tires when the old ones wear down, new break pads every 3000-4000 depending on the kind of miles you're putting in, regularly lube the chain and wash the bike down so grime doesn't get in the bearings, etc. Sheesh. :)

      I have the same issues !!!.. NEVER go to grocery store hungry. You buy everything.and when i'm too lazy to cook . all the fresh food ends up on trash.

      Just not motivated for the workout at all. I did it, but there was no enthusiasm to it. I'm not a fan of evening workouts, especially if I know I have to turn around and churn one out the next morning AND I have other stuff I need to be getting done. Eh, it happens.

      that's like me and the treadmill. after the shuffle I'm going back to Teamifit for my cardio classes. I love those. Plus it's easier being outside when it's so beautiful and everything smells good , motivation kicks in.
